Lin Jianghuai,Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Lin holds a Master degree of Software Engineering from Wuhan University. He is now a current member of the Shenzhen Committee of the CPPCC, a member of Shenzhen Youth Federation and the Vice President of Shenzhen Young Entrepreneurs Association. During the period from September 2000 to June 2004, Mr. Lin served as the President of Hong Kong United Development Group. Since July 2004, Mr. Lin has been serving as the Chairman and General Manager of iAPSEC Software Company Ltd. and was elected Director of the Board of CNIT in September 2006, and later he served as the Company’s CEO and President in October in the same year. He was also the General Manager of InfoSec Technology (China) Co., Ltd., a CNIT subsidiary, since its formation in January 2006.
Zhao Zhiqiang,President and Interim CFO
Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Inner Mongolia University. He has extensive experience in corporate operations and integrations, strategy planning and human resources management. From March 2003 to March 2005, Mr. Zhao served as Supervisor of Human Resources for the Foxconn Technology Group; from April 2005 to July 2006, as Admin and Human Resource Director of iASPEC; from July 2006 to August 2010, as Deputy General Manager of iASPEC; from November 2010, Mr. Zhao began serving as the COO and Vice President of China Information Technology Co., Ltd; from August 2010, he was vice chairman of iASPEC, and from July 2011, Mr. Zhao began serving as General Manager of Huipu Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In August 2015, Mr. Zhao was appointed as CNIT’s President and from October 2015, he began serving as President and Interim CFO of CNIT.
Huang Zhixiong,Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Huang holds a bachelor degree in computer science from Hehai University and has over 20 years experience in information technology field. He is currently a director of the Shenzhen Computer Association, an expert with the Shenzhen Expert Association, and an expert of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Association. From July 2001 to March 2002, Mr. Huang served as the general manager of product development of Shenzhen Runsheng Information Systems Company Ltd.; from September 2002 to October 2006, Mr. Huang served as the deputy general manager of iASPEC, where he supervised the company’s research and development activities and consulted on various types of sophisticated, technical issues; from January 2006 to September 2013, he served as CNIT’s vice president, and became Chief Technology Officer from December 2008 to September 2013. Mr. Huang has been the general manager of iASPEC Zhongtian Software Co., Ltd. since November 2010 and vice president of iASPEC Geo Information Technology Co., Ltd. since May 2013. Mr. Huang served as CNIT’s vice president in 2014 and in August 2015, he was appointed as the COO of CNIT.
Sun Junping,Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Mr. Sun holds a bachelor degree in Economy Management from Nanjing University and has profound background and experience in investment management, public relations and industry collaborations. Mr. Sun served in the Shenzhen Municipal Office from 1998 to 2001; and had been with the Shenzhen Investment Management Company and Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2004; after that, he worked in Union Development Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Sun has been the vice president of iASPEC Geo Information Technology Co., Ltd. since 2013, where he handles the company’s public relations and external resources development and integration. Mr. Sun served as CNIT’s vice president in 2014 and in August 2015, he was appointed as the CIO of CNIT.
Chen Guangzeng,Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
In June 2015, Mr. Chen was appointed as Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) of China Information Technology, Inc. He joined CNIT in March 2014 as vice present of the Strategic Research & Development Center. Mr. Chen has over 10 years of experience in business operations and a strong background in research and development of IT products. From May 2011 to February 2014, he was a Project Manager at CoolPad Group Limited, a Shenzhen-based telecommunications equipment company and one of the top ten smartphone makers in China. Between 2004 and 2011, he served as the head of research and development at VideoHome, a Taiwanese multimedia appliance manufacturer and exporter. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Zhengzhou University.
